Following publication of the original article [1] it was reported that there was an error in affiliations 7 and 9 due to a typesetting mistake. The institution was incorrectly given as ‘Children’s Fund’ instead of ‘United Nations Children’s Fund’.
The correct affiliations are given in this Correction and the original article has been updated.
